リョウの所属する浅間学園サッカー部が、ライバルの白樺高校に逆転勝利をおさめた。白樺高校のエース・滝はこの結果に納得がいかず、リョウに一対一の勝負を申し込む。断られると彼は逆上し、ミチルを人質に取って対決の場に呼び出そうとする。事態を知ったハヤトは、リョウの代わりにミチルを取り戻そうと試みる。
