メカザウルス・ブルが、放射性のウラン液を霧状にしてまき散らし始めた。恐竜帝国によるレッドシャドウ作戦だ。人々は死の霧にまかれ、リョウやムサシまで被爆。抗放射線治療を受けていたリョウだけは影響を受けず、中和液を散布するために出撃する。幸い戦闘になることもなく、無事に任務を済ませて帰還するが…。
