季節はずれの積乱雲が発生し、大量の爆弾をばらまき始めた。驚いたゲッターチームは、早乙女博士の指示で出撃。雲の中から現れた戦闘機に襲われ、ミチルがコマンドマシンごと連れ去られてしまう。積乱雲の中には恐ろしく巨大なメカザウルスが潜んでいるらしい。早乙女博士は娘の安否を気遣いつつ、反撃の機会を窺う。
