The premise of this gag manga spinoff is about three high school students: a young male student, his girlfriend and a third wheel who is a One Piece fanatic.
Their names are similar to the Straw Hat Pirates and the group form a fan club dedicated to One Piece.

EP1 - Love Romance -Love Dawn-
Yamamoto Luffy and Koyama Nami, two students who have bonded over their One Piece-esque names, meet Usopp, a mega fan of the series. Assuming everyone loves the manga as much as he does, he forcibly recruits them to his newfound Pirate Club , naming Luffy as its captain .

Luffy, Nami, and Usopp visit a zoo. When a lion escapes its enclosure, Usopp uses it to help Luffy overcome his fear of animals, knocking the animal unconscious and saving the other visitors.
