Colonists from Earth tamed the hostile world and have thrived for four generations.

Hiro Seno, a hotshot motorcycle jockey, witnesses the first strike against his country Aphrodia, by the rival nation of Ishtar.

Huge battletanks and warplanes quickly lay waste to the city.
