When Inspector Zenigata is reassigned and a bloodthirsty assassin named Keith is ordered to kill Lupin, there is nothing for Lupin to do but advance his rival's career prospects.

Reuniting the gang, Lupin steals both a high-tech Russian missile submarine and a beautiful young Russian scientist, who has her own past with Jigen to work out.
