失敗続きで追い込まれたカバトンから、1対1の勝負を申し込まれたソラ。ソラが勝てばエルにはもう手を出さない、と聞き、ソラは勝負を受けることにしました。みんなといっしょにキャンプ場に向かったソラは、ツバサが探してきてくれた「山のヌシ」のもとで修行にはげみます。3日後、ソラが勝負の場所である河川敷にたどり着くと、カバトンは自分にアンダーグエナジーを使って挑んできました。しかし、スカイは修行の成果を活かして相手を追い詰めます。約束をやぶり、エルをさらおうとするカバトンでしたが、スカイはプリズム、ウィングと力を合わせてエルを守り抜きました。勝負に負け、アンダーグ帝国からあらわれた雷雲に攻撃されるカバトンでしたが、スカイに助けられました。カバトンはその姿に心を打たれ、ソラシド市で再出発しようと決心します。一方ソラたちは、アンダーグ帝国への不安を感じつつも、これからもいっしょにエルを守ろうと青空を見上げるのでした。

体育祭の準備が始まり、ソラはリレーのクラス代表に選ばれました。さらに、リレーはバトンパスが大切だと言うソラの希望でましろも出場することになります。ソラやツバサの指導による特訓の日々が過ぎ、迎えた体育祭当日。いよいよリレーが始まりました。バトンを受け取り、アンカーのソラを目指すましろでしたが、カーブで転んでしまいます。それでもすぐに立ち上がり、バトンを渡すと、ソラは次々に他の選手たちを抜き去り、一着でゴールしました。転んでしまったくやしさを感じ、涙をこぼすましろでしたが、ましろはあきらめずに前だけを見て走りきって最高のバトンを渡してくれた、というソラの言葉を聞いて、笑顔を取り戻します。そこにバッタモンダーがあらわれますが、特訓の成果を生かしたチームワークでランボーグを退治することができました。体育祭のあと、走ることが好きな自分に気づいたましろは、ソラとこれからもランニングを続けようと約束するのでした。

During her practicum at the nursery school, the children find out Ageha is friends with the Precures. But one of the children, Takeru, disagrees on what it is to be a Precure, and runs outside.

Ageha begins living at Mashiro’s house and makes herself busy cooking and cleaning for Sora and the gang. Tsubasa worries Ageha is wearing herself out, and Ageha makes a special request to Tsubasa.

EP24 - Sparkling Morning Star, Ellee-chan's Secret
これまでに集めてきたキラキラエナジーを使い、ついにキラキラポーションが完成しました。さっそくスカイランドに向かったソラたちは、王様と王妃様の呪いを解き、シャララを救ったヒーローとして迎えられます。ソラたちがパレードの練習を行う中、お城で過ごしていたエルの胸から、紫色の不思議な光が出現します。それは、王様と王妃様がスカイランドを救う「運命の子」としてエルを預かったときに、エルを包んでいた光でした。新たな旅立ちの日が来たことを知った王様と王妃様は、ソラたちに再びソラシド市にエルを連れて戻り、そこでエルを守ってほしいと頼みます。王様と王妃様の願いを聞き入れ、パレードにのぞむソラたちでしたが、急に雲が太陽をさえぎります。それを見たソラたちは変身し、技で雲を取り払い、空にエルちゃんの顔と花火を描きます。大よろこびで拍手をするエルとともに、プリキュアたちは晴れやかな表情で空を見上げるのでした。

Mashiro’s parents are finally returning from overseas for a visit, so Sora and the gang go to the airport to pick them up. While exploring the airport, they meet a girl named Shoko who knows a lot about airplanes.

Sora and the gang get sucked into the Mirror Pad by a vortex. Inside the Mirror Pad is a special stage where they are made to do “special training.”

EP28 - Ageha's Exciting Fashion Show!
エルの新しい洋服を探していたソラたちは、街の広場で人気モデルの早乙女まりあ、かぐや姉妹と出会います。ふたりはあげはの姉で、別々に暮らしていたものの、仲良し姉妹でした。ふたりのマネージャーの加古は、エルに目を留め、「明日開催されるファッションショーに出演しない？」と誘います。かぐやのデザインした服に興味を持ったエルは「出る！」と答え、出演が決まりました。翌日、ショーのステージに繰り出すエルでしたが、人々の歓声におどろき、立ち止まってしまいます。しかし、あげはが飛び入りゲストとしていっしょにステージに立ち、ショーは大盛り上がりになりました。途中、ミノトンがあらわれますが、すぐにソラたちも駆け出し、まりあとかぐや、加古を守りながら、ランボーグを退治します。ショーが終わったあと、あげははまりあ、かぐやとお互いをねぎらい、保育士とモデル、それぞれの道を応援しながら、笑顔でハイタッチを交わすのでした。

キラキラエナジーを作り出すツバサの研究の成果を持ち帰るため、シャララがソラシド市にやってきます。ツバサを待つ間街を案内するソラでしたが、シャララにはいつもと様子が違うことを見抜かれていました。ソラは、スキアヘッドとの戦いで心に迷いが生まれたことを打ち明け、今回はひとりで考えひとりで答えを見つけたい、と伝えます。シャララがスカイランドに戻ったあと、街にスキアヘッドがあらわれました。スカイはスキアヘッドと話をしようと試みます。迷うのは未熟なこと、というスキアヘッドに対し、答えを探して仲間と進むのが自分の目指すヒーローだと、スカイはスキアヘッドの繰り出した技を消し飛ばしました。スカイの気迫に押されたスキアヘッドはその場を去り、キョーボーグも退治されました。戦いのあと、スキアヘッドたちのことをもっと知れば相手が戦う理由がわかるはず、というソラ。ましろたちみんなもその言葉にうなずき、決意を新たにするのでした。

EP43 - Prism Shine! Illuminate Your Heart
新しい絵本を作っていたましろは、ソラシドパークで再び紋田と出会います。ましろに頼まれ制作途中の絵本を読む紋田でしたが、自分の姿が重なる「おちば」をハッピーエンドにしようとしているとわかると怒り出し、自分がバッタモンダーだと明かすと、ミラージュペンをうばい去っていきました。それでもバッタモンダーと話したいと思ったましろは、パークでソラたちと一緒にバッタモンダーと再会しますが、バッタモンダーはアンダーグエナジーを取り込んでしまいました。しかし、ましろの言葉を聞いて、自我を失う直前にミラージュペンをましろに返します。パワーアップしたバッタモンダーに追い込まれるスカイたちでしたが、プリズムが放ったプリズムシャインがバッタモンダーの心を照らし出し、浄化することができました。助けられたバッタモンダーは、ましろに謝って去っていきます。後日、絵本コンテストの展示会には、ましろが描いた『おちばくん』が大賞作として展示されていました。

EP44 - The Great Princess and the Legendary Precure
スカイランドの草原に謎のトンネルが出現しました。調査に向かった青の護衛隊を追いかけてきたソラたちの前に、アンダーグ帝国の支配者を名乗るカイゼリンが姿をあらわしました。カイゼリンに圧倒され、追い込まれるスカイたちでしたが、そのとき、マジェスティクルニクルンの光があたりを包みます。次の瞬間、ソラとましろ、エルは300年前のスカイランドにいました。そこで3人は当時のプリンセス、エルレインと出会います。ソラたちは未来のスカイランドの伝説からこれから起きる危険をエルレインに伝えますが、証拠に変身することもできず、すぐには信じてもらえません。夜になると、伝説のようにランボーグの大群が攻め入ってきます。ソラたちはなんとか街の人々と避難しますが、街はあちこち破壊されてしまいました。悲しむ人々の姿を見て、エルレインは夜明けの空に祈りを捧げます。すると紫の光とともに、エルレインはキュアノーブルへと姿を変えるのでした。

EP45 - The Gentle Girl of Undergu Empire
復旧が進むスカイランドの街。父カイザーのやり方に疑問を持っていたカイゼリンは、エルレインと話し合い、カイザーを説得すると約束します。夜、草原でカイゼリンとカイザーを迎えるエルレインでしたが、カイザーが娘をもだましてスカイランドを襲っていることを知ると、怒りに燃えて変身し、激しい戦いが始まります。しかし、ふたりを止めようとしたカイゼリンが重傷を負ってしまいました。カイゼリンの行動に目を覚ましたエルレインの提案で、カイザーはアンダーグエナジーを使ってカイゼリンの傷をふさぐことができました。そして「戦いが生むのは涙だけ」だとついに二つの国の和平が結ばれることになりました。そこでふたたびクルニクルンが開き、ソラたちは現在に戻ってきました。ソラたちの話で300年前のできごとを思い出し、怒りをむき出しにして攻撃を放つカイゼリン。しかし、やがて回復しきっていなかった傷が痛み出し、助けにあらわれたスキアヘッドとともに去っていくのでした。

EP46 - The Heroes Christmas
ツバサの研究によって完成した「ミラーパッドバリア」が無事に起動し、スカイランドの街を守る準備が整いますが、まだ人々は不安を抱いていました。ましろとあげはは、一度戻っていたソラシド市はクリスマスでにぎやかだったと話すと、スカイランドにも「スリクマス」があるとわかります。人々の気分を盛り上げようと、ソラたちは街をあげてのパーティーを開催しようと思い立ちます。パーティーの準備が進む中、ソラたちはシャララから「極秘の任務」を言い渡され、森にやってきます。そこにいたのは、いじわるトルネードのおかげでソリが動かせなくなってしまったスカイランドのサンタ、ターサンでした。助け出したターサンとともに子どもたちへのプレゼントを配るスカイたち。配り終えたソラとましろは、お互いにプレゼントを交換します。中身は二つとも以前ましろがソラに贈った手帳と同じものでした。ふたりはほほえみながら、「一緒にこの世界を守ろう」と約束を交わすのでした。

EP47 - Farewell Morning Star! The Awakening Of The Princess!
みんなが寝静まったスカイランドの夜。再び一番星がエルに語りかけてきました。一番星はエルレインに姿を変えると、紫色の不思議な輝きをエルに贈ります。異変を感じたソラたちが駆けつけると、エルは成長した姿になっていました。エルレインは一番星となってソラたちに力を貸していたことを明かし、さらに先ほどエルに与えたものが最後の力だと告げると、ソラたちにあとを託して消えていきます。次の日、スカイランドにスキアヘッドがあらわれました。スカイたちにランボーグたちをけしかけ、自身は街を守るバリアを破壊しようとしますが、ランボーグを打ち破ったスカイたちの前に追い込まれ、スカイとマジェスティを道連れにしようとします。エルレインからさずかった力のおかげでスカイたちは無事でしたが、今度はそこにカイゼリンがあらわれます。カイゼリンは、300年前の和平のあと、父カイザーがキュアノーブルの手にかけられたのだと明かしますが――

EP48 - Heroes, Protect It! Everyone's City!
ソラたちの前にあらわれたカイゼリンは、怒りにとらわれありったけのアンダーグエナジーを取り込みます。プリズムシャインでカイゼリンを照らそうとするスカイたちでしたが、モンスターカイゼリンには光が届きません。カイゼリンの激しい攻撃によって、バリアが破壊された部分から街にアンダーグエナジーが入り込み始めました。ウィングとバタフライが街を守りに戻り、スカイとマジェスティがカイゼリンを押さえる間、プリズムはより強力なプリズムシャインを放つために力を込めます。カバトンたちの協力や、バタフライの必死の活躍もあり、ウィングがバリアの修復に成功すると、プリズムはカイゼリンの動きが止まった一瞬をついて、再びプリズムシャインを放ちます。今度は見事に光がカイゼリンをとらえ、元の姿に戻すことができました。しかしスカイたちが歩み寄ろうとした瞬間、槍がカイゼリンの胸を貫きます。槍を放ったのは、倒れたはずのスキアヘッドでした。

EP49 - Cure Sky and the Strongest Power
カイザーを手にかけ、カイゼリンに嘘の記憶を刻みつけた真犯人であるスキアヘッドは、アンダーグエナジーの化身・ダークヘッドとしての正体を明かし、傷ついたカイゼリンとともに去っていきました。スカイたちはふたりを追ってアンダーグ帝国に乗り込みます。待ちかまえていた無数のランボーグをウィングとバタフライが引き受け、その先にあらわれた巨大ランボーグを食い止めるためにマジェスティが残り、最深部にたどり着いたのは、スカイとプリズムでした。アンダーグエナジーの「容れ物」としてスカイを狙ったダークヘッドは、エナジーをとりこませ、スカイをあやつろうとします。しかし自分を信じてくれたプリズムのおかげで、スカイは正気をとりもどすことができました。スカイはカイゼリンに「友達になりませんか」と手を差し伸べ、カイゼリンもそれを受け入れることができました。ダークヘッドは大蛇に姿を変え再び現れますが、合流し、5人そろったスカイたちは、おそれることなく立ち向かいます。

EP50 - Soaring To Infinity! Our World!
アンダーグエナジーの大蛇・ダイジャーグに立ち向かうスカイたち。追い込まれたダイジャーグが向かった先は、なんとソラシド市でした。追いかけようとするスカイたちでしたが、そこで変身が解けてしまいます。それでも自分たちの無限の力を信じていたソラたちは、出会ってきた人々への想いも力にかえて再び変身し、ついにダイジャーグをキラキラエナジーに浄化することに成功しました。たたかいが終わり、ソラたちがスカイランドに戻る日がやってきます。ヨヨも見守る中、ポータルに入っていくツバサとエル。ましろは涙を流してしまいますが、最後はソラと固く握手をしてお別れをします。翌朝、ましろは青空を見上げながら、自分たちのことを絵本にかこうと心に決めていました。すると、みんなで朝ごはんを食べようとソラ、ツバサ、エルが戻ってきたのです。あげはと裏庭に飛び出したましろは、おどろきながらも笑顔で3人をむかえるのでした。
