Yes! Precure 5
Yumehara Nozomi, a regular student, finds a magical book called the Dream Collet in the library and meets Coco and Nuts, two creatures from the Palmier Kingdom.
They plead with Nozomi to restore their world, which has been destroyed by an organization called the Nightmares, by completing the Dream Collet and finding the 55 Pinkies to make any wish come true.
Meanwhile, the Nightmares are moving into the real world.
Once Nozomi agrees to help, Coco and Nuts transform her into the magical girl Cure Dream and turn four fellow students into her Pretty Cure team.

EP1 - The PreCure of Hope is Born!
Nozomi Yumehara chases a mysterious butterfly and ends up confronting a mysterious guy named Coco (Kouji Kokoda). She follows him into the library and finds the Dream Collet on the bookshelf. At the same time, the nightmares arrive and try to take the Dream Collet by force. She becomes Cure Dream and to protect Coco and the Dream Collet.

EP2 - Passionate Full Force, Cure Rouge!
Nozomi wonders if she can recruit Rin Natsuki as a PreCure, but Rin refuses to let her best friend risk her life as a superhero, after seeing what she has to go through and why, Rin decides to become PreCure. Her name when she is PreCure is Cure Rouge.

EP3 - Who is the PreCure of Efferverscent?
Nozomi and Rin meet up with Urara Kasugano, who is curious about PreCure. Nozomi decides to skip class to spend extra time with Urara. Her name when she is PreCure is Cure Lemonade.

EP4 - Tranquil Cure Mint!
Coco alerts Nozomi, Rin, and Urara to quickly find the last 2 Cures. At the same time, Komachi Akimoto and Karen Minazuki, suspicious that the 3 are causing strange events to happen at school, try to question them. Nozomi believes these 2 make the perfect last 2 Cures. The sweet and shy Komachi is awakened. Her name when she is PreCure is Cure Mint.

The Cures eyeball Karen as the last PreCure. Karen does not believe in such events and is reluctant to become a Cure.

Karen becomes depressed that she was not able to become a Pretty Cure. Nozomi, believing that Karen will become the last Cure, tries to recruit her once more. Finally, Karen becomes Cure Aqua, the fifth PreCure.

The 5 PreCures release Nuts from the Dream Collet, and together, they search for a place to conduct their meetings in private.

Komachi is almost done with her first novel. While everyone else enjoys and praises the story, Nuts bluntly responds that he can't understand what Komachi was trying to say and there is no point in reading a book of the author has to explain herself. Hurt, Komachi decides to give up writing.

Nozomi picks up a mysterious creature named Milk, who, in return, eats up all of Nozomi's lunch. Upon meeting Coco and Nuts, Milk reveals that she was their Caretaker back in their kingdom.

EP22 - Milk's Tumultuous Runaway!
Milk volunteers to help run the store. However, she's too small and causes too much trouble. Being too bored watching everyone running the store, Milk decides to walk off, only to be discovered by Nightmare.

EP23 - Big Pinch! The Nightmarish Invitation
When one of Nozomi and Milk's arguments goes too far and shatters a large bead butterfly that the other Cures spent hours making, the Cures get into an argument and split up. Taking advantage of this situation, Nightmare captures and possesses all the Cures but Nozomi.

EP24 - The New Power of the Five Girls!
Cure Dream and Coco struggle against Nightmare's possession of the Pretty Cures. PreCure 5 receives a new power.

The Cures decide to go to a resort together, and go shopping for supplies. Rin struggles for some order, while the others seem determined to buy all sorts of things that she finds unnecessary.

The PreCures are thinking about what to serve during the festival. Komachi comes up with an original treat to serve, but a Nightmare unexpectedly eats up all of their ice. Komachi must find an alternative; when there appear to be none, Karen encourages and supports her.

Summer is coming to a close, and Nozomi still isn't done with her summer project. Urara offers to let Nozomi come along with her through her idol work, so that Nozomi might come up with an idea or two. When Urara's manager finds himself preoccupied at crucial times, Nozomi ends up being Urara's manager for the day.

During one of their usual fights, Milk tells Nozomi she's not worth being a Pretty Cure, making Nozomi depressed enough to break away from the other Cures. Without Nozomi, the other PreCures have trouble standing against a Nightmare.

Nozomi becomes jealous when she learns that female students have been giving Coco love letters, and that Coco has been replying to every one. After a tough fight at the end, the next day Coco catches Nozomi and gives her a letter where he wrote about his feelings.

Komachi's sister's best friend is getting married. After seeing a bracelet that Rin designed, the bride asks Rin to design and make a crown for her, but Rin wonders if she is actually worthy to make an item that important.

Mika has problems with her latest newspapers. When some of the articles were obviously not properly researched, Rin becomes aggravated at what Mika wrote in her paper about the soccer captain. Mika reveals that she is the only person in the newspaper club after the others resigned, unable to put up with her constant pushing.

EP34 - Protect Milk! Karen, the Knight on the White Horse
Milk becomes sick and Karen takes care of her while the others set out in search of a special Pinky that will cure Milk.

EP35 - Nuts' Key and Komachi's Heart
Komachi revises her novel and gives it to Nuts for his comments for the seventh time. Nuts gives his wholehearted approval, much to Komachi's delight. However, a line about a key in the novel seems to weigh heavily on Nuts's heart, along with the key that hangs around his neck.

EP36 - Aim For the Finish Line! Marathon Championship
Nozomi and Rin are both competing in a school relay. Nozomi is tired and worn out from all the practice and workouts that Rin forces Nozomi to do and determined not to run anymore, so the other Cures join the relay as well to encourage her. A Nightmare interferes with the relay.

EP37 - Coco's Big Healthy Plan!
Coco's excessive craving for creampuffs causes him to become a little overweight, and Milk, Nuts, and the Cures decide that he must go on a diet. Depressed and creampuff-deprived, Coco only craves for creampuffs all the more.

Milk writes a story based on Cinderella about the Cures, but is annoyed by the Cures trying to read while she writes. When she finds a quieter place to complete her story, a Nightmare captures her and turns her story to reality.

There is no school, and the Cures are separately doing their own things. When Nozomi comes rushing into Nuts House with news of a Pinky, Coco battles with his feelings for Nozomi and the knowledge that he will have to leave Nozomi one day. But Despariah appears, severing the peacefulness of the day.

EP40 - Investigate the Chief Director's Identity!
Karen expresses her displeasure that the Chief Director of the school has never been seen by anyone. However, she ends up swallowing her words when she sees how well the Chief Director maintains the school.

EP41 - Feelings Understood, Komachi and Urara
Urara is auditioning for a play, but she must make up her own lines for the final scene when her character is saying farewell to the boy she loves. Urara eventually settles for I cannot say goodbye, and everyone applauds the line. Komachi, however, is facing difficulty with the same sort of scene in her latest novel, and feels that that line is not quite right.

EP42 - Rin and Karen's Covered Promises
The Cures are decorating Nuts House for Christmas when Nozomi realizes that they have forgotten the flowers. She decides that Karen, who loves flowers, and Rin, whose family owns a flower shop, are perfect for the job.

EP43 - Komachi's Decision and Nuts' Future
Komachi had decided with Urara that it was best to end her latest novel with a silent understanding between the two romantic leads. However, she is beginning to question if this is really the best ending. Unable to decide whether or not she ought to have the girl confess her feelings at the end, she discusses her problem with the others. The others think Komachi should seek Nuts' opinion, but the fact that the two romantic leads of her novel are based on herself and Nuts makes Komachi reluctant to do so.

EP44 - What exactly is a Caretaker?
Feeling that she is inadequate as Caretaker for Coco and Nuts, Milk begins to question what an ideal Caretaker would actually be like.

EP45 - Nozomi and Coco's Christmas Vow
Christmas is approaching, and there is only one Pinky remaining to be found. Nozomi suddenly realizes that Coco, Nuts, and Milk will soon be leaving, but attempts to act normal despite her depressing thoughts. However, Coco notices that something is wrong and confronts her...

EP46 - Kawarino's Heartless Strategy!
On New Year's Day, the Cures visit a temple for the traditional New Year's prayer. On the way home, Nozomi finds the final Pinky sitting on her shoulder. The Cures rejoice, but then Bloody appears before them.

EP47 - Take Back the Dream Collet!
Rin, Urara, Komachi, Karen, Coco, and Nuts are depressed that they have lost the Dream Collet, but no one beats themselves up more than Milk, who feels that it is her fault that they lost it in the first place. Nozomi turns to them and shows them that they must not quit yet; there is still hope.

EP48 - Hope VS Despair, The Last Battle!
Despariah has used the Dream Collet to attain eternal youth and life, and the Dream Collet is now powerless. Led by Nozomi, the Cures still refuse to give up.

EP49 - PreCure 5 of Dreams and Hope!
All that is left of Nightmare is Despariah and although their dream is lost forever, the Cures still turn on her with hope in their eyes. Despariah is amazed, and expresses her surprise. At this, Nozomi realizes that Despariah has a heart just like any of them, and detransforms from Cure Dream back to Nozomi before Despariah.
