EP1 - Terror of the Mysterious Man Island

A giant rat smashes through Kageyama Prison and all of its prisoners escape. Three of the fugitives happen upon an old mansion and two of them become the experiments of the mad scientist Doctor Dracula, who planned their escape to transform them into mindless destructive giants with his Giant Ray. He and his colleague Doctor Semushi plan to use this invention to take over the world. Can the Cyborgs stop them?
EP2 - The Challenge of X

Gilmore's lab falls under attack by a flying saucer piloted by a boy called Cyborg X. The culprit behind this attack is the evil Dr. Omega, who issues a challenge to Professor Gilmore to see if his Cyborg X is superior to Gilmore's 00 models. EP5 - Ah, Kubikuro

Agents of a warring country called Vetoria kidnap a scientist named Professor Inuzuka, who performed horrific breeding and surgical experiments on dogs back during the Second World War, to make canine weapons for their military. One of his dogs, a puppy named Kubikuro is left behind and taken into Joe's care. The agents kidnap Kubikuro and after several months, the puppy is now an enhanced adult dog who can shoot fire from his eyes and has been programmed to kill. After the death of the dog's parents and its master, Kubikuro goes on a rampage with Joe being forced to stop him.
EP6 - The Mission to Rescue Galleria's King

An intelligence operative of the country of Garaliya named Joseph contacts Professor Gilmore about a plot to assassinate the country's King, but he is murdered by an assailant during their communication before he could reveal any further details. The 00 Cyborgs go to Garaliya on a covert operation to discover who is behind this sinister plot before the country's National Founders Day festival celebration, when the assassination will take place.
EP7 - The Disappearing School Bus

A shadowy organization is using children to create the K series cyborgs, weapons with superhuman powers and suicide bomb implants. The first one attempts to steal a blueprint from an atomic energy research lab to obtain information on an atomic powered engine. After he fails and is killed by self-destruct, the agents of the organization hijack a school bus leaving the lab on a field trip as a diversion to sneak inside and steal the engine. The organization's leader plans on using the kidnapped kids on the bus as the next phase of his K series cyborg soldiers, using the atomic engine as thier power source. Can Joe stop this heinous act of cruelty?
EP8 - The Girl with the Golden Eyes

009, 003 and 007 are camping in a cabin when a mysterious girl appears at the door and collapses from exhaustion. This girl is part of a conspiracy by alien terrorists from the planet Mirakura who wish to use a new kind of explosive on a pattern of targets to wreak destruction upon Japan and invade the Earth.
EP9 - The Night the Devil Walks

A mysterious beast has been wandering the streets of Tokyo and attacking pedestrians and police. An investigation by the 00 Cyborgs uncovers a scientist trying to perfect a defective strength enhancing formula he tested on himself that turns him into a violent and primitive sub-human creature. While he apologizes for what he has done, he accidentally dropped a vial of his serum in an airline pilot's car and the pilot mistakes it for a vitamin energy drink. Can the 00 Cyborgs get to the Pilot before he drinks it and endangers the passengers on the plane?
EP10 - The Underground Golden Palace

In the American southwest, Cyborg 005 finds himself witnessing a murder and is chased by evil desperadoes in pursuit of a map to a hidden Incan treasure. However what he and the other cyborgs find is much more dangerous than treasure...
EP11 - The Golden Lion

A group of meteorites crash in the African savanna, causing strange things to appear in the jungle and disasters to start happening. Cyborg 008 accompanies 009, 007 and 003 on a safari near Mount Kilimanjaro to verify sightings of a glowing gold lion and to investigate the disappearance of an American military jet that was enroute to test a new kind of atomic bomb.
EP12 - Giant of the Heavens

An aging aerospace engineer wants his design of a hypersonic aircraft to fly in a successful test run. However, two of his attempts end in failure with the plane crashing. The 00 cyborgs suspect this to be the work of sabotage, so 009 volunteers to be the test pilot for the third test flight. An assassin stows away on the plane in an effort to kill 009 and end the test flights once and for all. Can Joe keep this killer at bay and protect the dreams of an aviator?
EP13 - Secret of the Devil's Castle

A series of terrorist attacks that destroy famous landmarks begin happening around the world. The evil Baron King, who is responsible for the attacks, reveals himself to the United Nations with one simple demand: Surrender the Earth to him in three days or his hidden network of weaponized satellites will open fire and destroy every city in the world!004 stumbles upon the plot after witnessing the assassination of a UN Secret Service Agent and calls the 00 Cyborgs to investigate...
EP14 - The Cursed Desert

A mysterious old man claiming to be the reincarnation of Moses is terrorizing the Sahara Desert with powerful sandstorms, earthquakes, parting the seas to sink ships and attacking the Cyborgs with a giant monster! Is this the act of God's wrath from his reborn messenger or is it a sinister force of science behind this?
EP15 - Tragedy of the Animal Man

Mutants from the year 2268 come to 1968 in a time machine to escape the nuclear holocaust of World War III and try to change the future by attacking the people of the past!
EP16 - Ghost of the Pacific

The Cyborgs and Professor Gilmore are summoned to Hawaii to the site of Pearl Harbor. They are asked to investigate strange sightings of ghost ships and planes that are followed by attacks to anyone who sees them. They soon find the US military, American civilains and themselves under attack by ships and planes, almost as if the terrible events of World War II are being re-enacted by the vengeful spirits of Japanese Imperial Soldiers who had died!
EP17 - Ghost Alliance

EP23 - Revenge Spirit Pt 2

００２から新しい情報が届いた。半月前に日本へ観光旅行に行った男が、アメリカで見えない怪物に襲われたというのだ。再びギルモア研究所を襲った怪物は、００３を催眠誘導して謎の洋館に監禁。情報をまとめたギルモア博士は、ロープウェイで起こった殺人事件が、復讐鬼の行動の背後にあることを突き止める。

四人のサイボーグ戦士が相次いで行方不明となり、００６と００７までもが罠にかけられて誘拐された。追跡した００９の小型ジェットは、二機のジェット機に遭遇。事件は双子の天才科学者による、サイボーグ戦士への挑戦だったのだ。孤島の電磁牢に閉じこめられている仲間を救うため、００９は単身潜入をはかるが…。
