15 years ago, a cargo ship called Daiichi Yashiro Maru crashed into a large iceberg in the northern Atlantic Ocean and sank.

During the accident, the captain was murdered, and all sailors escaped except for the seaman who found the captain's body.

Six months ago in Nishitama, ship designer Yashiro Hideto of Yashiro Shipbuilder, a company that belongs to Yashiro Financial Group, suffered from a sudden heart attack while he was driving and died in a traffic accident.

At the present time, Conan, Ran, Kogorou, Ai, Sonoko, Agasa, Genta, Mitsuhiko and Ayumi are enjoying their trip aboard the luxurious liner called Aphrodite that was built by Yashiro Group and now sails for the Pacific Ocean on its maiden voyage.

However, there is a suspicious person on board, and finally a murder occurs.

It is the beginning of a revenge plot that takes place in the ocean where there is no place to escape to.
