The Neighbours Club — a club with the objective of making friends, populated by girls and boys undertaking interesting activities.

Despite the incident which happened at the end of summer, the atmosphere at the Neighbours Club continues as before.

With the appearance of a strange nun and a student council committee member, Hasegawa Kodaka's days become even more lively.

Exciting times lie ahead as the club makes a trip to an amusement park, plays games, holds a birthday party, takes part in a school festival, and many other events.
