Pretty Rhythm: All Star Selection

This is the fourth anime series of Pretty Rhythm.

The story features a girl named Laala Manaka, who desires to become an Idol.

To further her debut the best, the three main protagonists from the previous Pretty Rhythm series Aira, Mia, and Naru give her lessons about how to be the best Idol.

In addition to the lessons she's learning, the series also retells the events of the previous Pretty Rhythm series.

EP1 - A Star is Born! Recap

Aira stumbles upon her younger siblings watching a Prism Show on TV then goes out to buy fruits for her dad's cake shop. After she attained the fruit she began mix matching the clothes on the manikins at the clothing shop in the mall. A girl almost runs into her while she was thinking about how much fun it would be to be a prism star just once, and they both do an amazing spin jump to avoid collision. After the girl runs away Aira is taken by Jun, who sees potential in her. EP3 - I'm Naru! I'll Become the Shop Manager! Recap

While looking for work experience, Naru Ayase sets her eyes on a clothing store similar to her favorite store Dear Crown, known as Prism Stone, which is recruiting middle school girls to become shop manager and immediately applies. The job interview features a Prism Show examination, in which applicants are required to do a Prism Show. Naru, with no experience and little time, fails to remember the audition song's choreography. She soon begins listening to the song properly, being able to see the music's colors, allowing her to successfully perform a Prism Show. With the help of the flight-capable, penguin-like Lovelyn, Naru executes a new Prism Show technique, the Prism Live. As Mia and Hye In prepare for the final battle to decide the center, they're teammates think it would be best for them to practice separately. Kei reveals to Kyoko that Jun is not really her brother. Mia and Hye In struggle to choose there friendship over their rivalry. But during their performance they are taken back to their childhood secret tree where they dig up a time capsule they buried as kids. The capsule contains a picture Mia drew of Hye In becoming the best prism star, and a letter to future Mia from Hye In asking if she has become the best prism star, making both girls realise their friendship is most important. Aira and Rizumu are practicing under the watchful eye of Mion. When they perform, Mion feels as if something is wrong even though the 2 are in sync. When Serena and Kanon perform they surprised Mion with their high level and dance that they had never seen before. Jun had known this from the beginning. Mion mumbles that they have lost and runs away. They had actually really lost. Aira and Rizumu start to blame their selves for not winning. However Mion starts to cry because of the shame she had put on Aira and Rizumu for not realizing their weakness sooner. She thinks it's her fault. Aira and Rizumu say it's their fault. EP6 - Soar! Feathers of Courage Recap

Part two of Dreaming Session - Ann vs. Wakana. After learning that Prism lives are not meant for scoring, Ann wanted to win by performing 3 jumps in a row. But Naru and the others are worried because attempting to jump 3 in a row is too intense but Ann doesn't care. Wakana goes first and sings her My Song: Blowin in the Mind. She managed to do 2 jumps in a row but as she was about to do a 3rd jump, her attempt got interrupted because of Bell's face so Wakana aborts the 3rd jump and goes off stage. Next, its Ann's turn to perform her My Song. Then, however Ann activates her prism live and the crowd was impressed to see it and managed to perform 2 jumps in a row. So Ann was determined to win and attempts to do a 3rd jump but her jump failed and Ann falls down. On the final score, Wakana wins and Ann was in back stage crying for her failures and her overconfidence to win so badly. EP9 - New Prism Queen is Born! Recap

As Mion is preparing in her dressing room, her parents came to visit her. Her mother gives Mion the Star Necklace Prism Stone, and Mion's parents wish her good luck. With an outburst of Star Aura, Mion performed the Prism Jump 'Miracle Macchiato' and a new Prism Jump called Eternal Big Bang. The judges gave Mion a perfect score, 10000/10000 carats, putting her in first place. Before Aira changes into her Pure Premium Wedding Coord, President Kyouko gives her a pep talk, saying that she'll need to successfully perform the Aurora Rising Prism Jump to win. Aira then takes the stage, feeling anxious about the legendary Prism Jump. As Aira's fans in the audience chant her name and cheer for her, the announcer states that Aira has completed many people's dreams and inspired many people. Shou was also shouting Aira's name and wishing her good luck, causing Hibiki and Wataru to tease him. The hopes and love of her fans brings Aira to tears, as she didn't know that so many people have supported her. With her confidence fully restored and her Star Aura shining at 100%, Aira performs her Prism Show. She performs Fresh Fruits Paradise and, with great climax, Aurora Rising Dream, her own version of Aurora Rising. EP10 - My Future is Number One! Recap

Asechi Kintarou turns the prism stars happiness into sadness and captures Mia and Hye In. He tells the girls that the only way to be the best is to forget about friendship and the future, and plans to complete the grateful symphonia by his own design and cover the world in darkness. But Mia fights back telling him he's wrong. As Kintarou closes the gate to the grateful symphonia, Mia throws Hye In through it before it is sealed, thereby causing her to become the new Symphonia Goddess. But the symphonia tiara does not appear and Hye In is left in empty space wondering if this is really what she wants. Realising that being the best is meaningless without her friend, Hye In encourages Mia along with the people of the world. Mia gains the power to open the gate to the grateful symphonia and both girls receive the tiara and become the center, completing the grateful symphonia and bringing everyone's dreams of the future to light. EP11 - The Sparkle is Right Next to You Recap

The Prism Sparkle has disappeared, and everything becomes useless including the rink, Prism Space, and everyone attempting to do prism jumps. It's Naru's turn to perform but she can't change into her outfit so Momo makes an outfit for her. When Naru goes to the rink to perform her song but she keeps on falling down because without the Prism Sparkle the rink can't be skated. The crowd cheers for Naru not to give up and managed to restore all 7 Sparkles despite having a low score. After that, Peacock Teacher calls all of them to the roof and open the rainbow gate, but they lack only 1 member: Rinne, So June takes her place because she's a part of Rinne. Everyone perform their prism live instruments and managed to open the rainbow gate back to the Prism World. After that, June rebirths back to Rinne and performs her signature song Gift . After that, Rinne was about to leave but Naru becomes sad because she won't be able to see Rinne again, but Rinne tells Naru that she will be there for everyone and tells them to be happy.
