Despite winning the 63rd annual high school Sensha-do tournament, the Japanese Ministry of Education decides to move forward with its plan to decommission Ooarai Girls High School. In order to keep the school open, Miho and her team must win an elimination match against Japan's university Sensha-do team.

How will Ooarai be able to face such an opponent?

For this difficult battle, all of the other high school teams, both Miho's former competitors and new friends Chihatan Academy and Keizoku High School, join forces with Miho to help save Ooarai from closure.
