Thanks to his rail-otaku boss, Tooru has trains on his mind.

Unfortunately for poor Tooru, he's a latent esper.

A mysterious ghost train - the X-Train - begins to run amok on the rail system of Tokyo, and it seems to be very interested in Tooru.

And under his control.

Well, partially, anyhow... too bad Tooru doesn't quite realize it.

But there are others who do - others who realize that there could be a great deal of profit in developing weapons based on the psychokinetic power of Tooru and the X-Train.

Which is fine by Tooru, so long as they can get this train off his back...
