Synopsis:
第二回ディビジョン・バトルを終えて間もなく、一般市民が突如暴徒化する事件が多発していた。そんな折、イケブクロのホテルで立て籠もり事件が起こる。立て籠もり犯の目的は、山田一郎が率いる３兄弟のチーム「Buster Bros!!!」への復讐だった。一郎は、弟の山田二郎、山田三郎とともに現場へと走り出す――！
