Masamune is a third year student and the captain of Ao High School Men's Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. His passion for rhythmic gymnastics and feelings for the club is second to none.

He is Tsukidate and Onagawa's childhood friend. His house is a long-established Sasa Kamaboko shop.
