『Sheila』

Sheila is a witch and a member of the United Magic Association. She is often out on missions to investigate various concerns related to magic and witches, and later takes on Saya as an apprentice. She is always seen smoking a pipe, and has modified her broomstick to include a seat that allows her to lie down while flying.

Sheila taught herself magic and used it to steal from people in order to survive on the streets. After she is caught by Elaina's mother and learns of the existence of witches, Sheila asks to become her apprentice. Initially at odds with Flan, the other apprentice, the two learn to work together and become good friends.
