『Nimura Furuta』

Furuta is a Rank 1 investigator and subordinate of Shiki Kijima.

He makes a cameo in chapter 117 of Tokyo Ghoul at Kamii University where Touka mistakes him for Ken Kaneki before asking him for directions.While seemingly an unremarkable investigator, he is actually an alumni from the Sunlit Garden and an agent of V. To uncover the identity of the One-Eyed King, he infiltrated the Clowns under the name "Souta" and joined the Ghoul Restaurant as a clown under the alias PG. Furthermore, he collaborated as Souta with Akihiro Kanou, collecting experimental subjects for Kanou's ghoulificiation experiments and disclosing the route of the transport vehicle carrying the corpse of a Qs to Kanou.

He is a member of the Washuu Clan and was responsible for the steel-girder accident in chapter 1 of Tokyo Ghoul.After becoming the CCG's Bureau Chief, his name was changed to Kichimura Washuu.
