Shu's classmate. They live in the same apartment building and they've been together since junior high school.

She has a crush on Shu and confesses to him in episode 15 of the anime.

She dies whilst healing Shu, who became injured attempting to save her from a car explosion. Her void is destroyed by a GHQ helicopter during the healing, causing her to crystallize rapidly. Hare then disintegrates as Shu embraces her.
