Makima is a Public Safety Devil Hunter.

It's later revealed that Makima is, in actuality, the Control Devil.Makima is an extreme fan of the Chainsaw Devil, and by proxy Denji. Fascinated by its ability to wipe out the embodied concept of a devil when eating them, her goal is bringing the Chainsaw Devil under her control, using its power to create an "ideal" world without fears.
