『Souta Inamori』

A reserve member of the Miyama family, acting mostly as the in-house consultant on the everybody's culinary tastes (in short, a yakuza cook). His actual family runs a small restaurant, and he himself actually graduated from a pastry school. In school, he was in the basketball club, and he also worked as a host from his late teens to his early twenties. Unlike his appearance suggests, he's actually very respectful os the yakuza's internal hierarchy and rules. He may not have any paper qualifications, but he good use of the skills he has.
